At The Haim Studio, every order is prepared with care before it's shipped to you. This page explains our processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping terms so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Processing Time

Customized / made-to-order products: 5–10 days to prepare before shipping, since each piece is crafted specifically for you.
Standard / ready orders: 2–5 days to prepare before shipping.

Processing time is separate from delivery time — it's the time we take to prepare your order before it leaves our studio.

2. Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location within the UAE. Estimated delivery timeframes for your specific Emirate will be shown at checkout.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's value and weight. The exact shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase, so there are no surprises.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll provide you with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package's journey. You'll be notified via:

We ship orders every day except Sunday.

7. Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated timelines above, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to factors outside our control, such as:

Public holidays

Customs processing

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., incorrect address, customer unavailable), our team will contact you directly to resolve the issue, and we'll determine the best next step together — whether that's rescheduling delivery, confirming a new address, or another solution.
