Our Site offers products for all age groups, including Women, Men, and Kids collections. To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement/consent of a parent or legal guardian if purchasing on behalf of a minor.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices on our Site are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams).
Once an order is placed and confirmed, we commit to honoring the price listed at the time of purchase — it will not be changed after your order is confirmed.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Shopify Payments (card payments)
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Manual Bank Transfer

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Product availability issues
Errors in pricing or product information
Suspected fraudulent activity
Inability to fulfill delivery to the provided address

If we cancel your order, we will notify you and, where applicable, issue a full refund for any payment already made.

4. Customized & Made-to-Order Products

For customized or made-to-order items:

Once your customization details are confirmed and production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
Customized products are subject to the terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy, including that they are final sale and eligible for exchange only, except in cases of a defect.

We recommend reviewing your customization details carefully before confirming your order, as production begins promptly after confirmation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including our logo, brand name, product designs, product photography, graphics, and written content — is the property of The Haim Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our designs, images, or content for commercial or personal purposes without our prior written consent.
